Minimum relative humidity values are forecast to drop to between 30 and 35
percent, with sustained southwest winds of 10 to 15 mph, and gusts of 20 to 25 mph.
Residents are urged to exercise caution if handling any potential ignition sources, such as machinery, cigarettes, or matches. If dry grasses and tree litter begin to burn, the fire will have the potential to spread rapidly.
West Virginia law prohibits burning in the spring from 7AM to 5PM...March Ist through May 31st.
